It was really nice to be able to walk to every building on campus and not have to worry about being late to a class. Everything is a walk away. This small distance also means that you don't really need a car. You can always find a ride of campus to the grocery store if you need, but also campus has everything you would need so you don't have to worry. I also loved the people at SVU. They were all happy to be there and weren't judging me or anything. They were all super accepting and everyone wanted to say hi and introduce themselves.
